Single-server scope

Reloqui runs today as a single-server release-intelligence platform covering the full core product. A few enterprise/scale capabilities (self-hosted connector agent, external SDK product, Terraform provider, multi-region, dedicated data planes, load/pen-test/SOC 2 programs, an AI narrative layer) are on the roadmap and out of scope for the current offering.
