The workflow

1. Create a release train with a target date.
2. Board each service’s release onto the train.
3. Track readiness on the train board — each release keeps its own confidence and governance.
4. Publish when the train’s releases are green and approved.

Why it works

The train is a coordination layer over independent releases — you get one view of the whole batch without weakening per-release governance.
