Give executives release visibility

The workflow

1. Model your catalog (products → services) so releases roll up.
2. Give leaders the executive_viewer role — they get a trimmed projection (no low-level SHAs).
3. Point them at the Dashboard (confidence trend, status mix, deployments by environment) and Product 360 rollups.
4. Generate the executive audience note per release for a plain-language summary.
